Day 1

Welcome to the Land of Mystique

Route: NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) - Gangtok

Distance & Time: ~130 km | 4 Hours Drive

Elevation: 1,437 meters (4,715 feet)

Arrival & Scenic Journey: Upon your arrival at NJP Station or Bagdogra Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you to begin your journey through winding mountain roads and scenic river valleys up to Gangtok.
Hotel Check-in & Relaxation: Arrive at your hotel, check in, and unwind after your travel.
Evening at MG Marg: Take an evening stroll down MG Marg—Gangtok’s pedestrian-only boulevard lined with vibrant cafés, local shops, and mountain charm.

Overnight: Cozy dinner and a peaceful night’s rest at your hotel in Gangtok.

Day 2

Gangtok Full-Day Cultural & Nature Sightseeing

Prepare for a full day exploring sacred shrines, panoramic mountain views, and local Tibetan heritage.

Bakthang Waterfall: Kick off your morning at this broad, cascading waterfall fed by the pristine waters of Ratey Chu.
Tashi Viewpoint: Capture sweeping panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges, including the majestic Kanchenjunga.
Ganesh Tok: Visit this hilltop shrine dedicated to Lord Ganesha, framed by colorful prayer flags and offering magnificent views over Gangtok town.
Enchey Monastery: Step inside this 200-year-old "Solitary Temple" belonging to the Nyingma order of Vajrayana Buddhism, home to nearly 90 monks.
Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom: Marvel at local craftsmanship and pick up authentic souvenirs, including traditional Thangka paintings, hand-carved woodwork, and handwoven carpets.
Do Drul Chorten Stupa: Visit Sikkim's largest stupa, built in 1945, encircled by 108 sacred prayer wheels.
Namgyal Institute of Tibetology: Dive deep into Tibetan culture, history, and Mahayana Buddhism at this world-renowned research facility and museum.
Flower Exhibition Centre: Immerse yourself in Sikkim's rich flora, featuring seasonal orchids, rare mountain blooms, and vibrant botanical displays.
Gangtok Ropeway & Banjhakri Waterfalls: Take a cable car ride offering bird's-eye views of the valley, ending at the 70-foot Banjhakri Falls set amid lush forest grounds.

Overnight: Return to the hotel for a warm dinner and comfortable stay.

Day 3

High-Altitude Adventure – Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

Set out early by 8:00 AM for an exhilarating excursion into the high Himalayas.

Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft): Drive up to this sacred glacial lake surrounded by steep, rugged peaks. Known for its color-changing waters and serene spiritual atmosphere, it is one of Sikkim's most iconic natural wonders.
Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (13,123 ft): Pay homage at this unique shrine dedicated to Captain "Baba" Harbhajan Singh, an Indian Army soldier honored for his legendary protection along the Indo-China border.

Overnight: Return to Gangtok in the late afternoon to enjoy a relaxing evening, hot dinner, and rest.

Day 4

Homeward Bound

Route: Gangtok - NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (IXB)

Distance & Time: ~130 km | 4 Hours Drive

Departure: Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your hotel before checking out.
Journey Back: Board your return transfer to NJP or Bagdogra Airport, taking with you lifelong memories of tranquility, culture, and Himalayan peaks.

Note: Weather conditions and local permit clearances at high-altitude zones (Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir) may occasionally affect timings. It is recommended to carry warm layers and valid photo ID for permits.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Arrival & Departure Assistance: Warm meet-and-greet service upon arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport (IXB).

Private Sightseeing & Transfers: Airport/railway station pick-up, drop-off, and all regional sightseeing as specified in the itinerary.

Accommodation: Stays in selected hotels with daily breakfast included. (Note: Stays at Lachung hotels include both daily breakfast and dinner).

Dedicated Transport: Exclusive non-disposal A/C vehicle operating strictly on a point-to-point basis according to the itinerary.

Taxes: All applicable government and service taxes included.

Airfare & Railfare: Any airfare or train tickets to/from NJP / Bagdogra.

Optional Permits & Excursions: Permit charges and vehicle costs for Nathu La Pass or Zero Point (unless explicitly added).

Force Majeure & Calamities: Any emergency expenses arising from natural disasters (landslides, road blockages, heavy snowfall) or political events (strikes, road blockages). Extra hotel stays or rerouting costs must be borne directly by the guest on the spot.

Extra Vehicle Usage: Costs for additional sightseeing or vehicle usage outside specified itinerary routes and operating hours.

Monument & Entry Fees: Entry tickets to tourist attractions, eco-tourism spots, cable car/ropeway rides, camera permits, or activity charges.
